As we bid farewell to 2023, it's only fitting to pause and reflect on our incredible journey at Dents.co. This year has been extraordinary, filled with milestones, innovations, and, most importantly, our amazing community's continued trust and support.

Breaking Ground with Cutting-Edge Technology

At the core of Dents.co is our commitment to pushing technological boundaries. With multiple updates over the year, the app's capabilities are better than ever. We first introduced the additional repair considerations portion of the app. This addition takes the traditional P-Pages built to support replacing components and re-designs them as Repair Pages. The R-Pages walk the user through a series of additional operations that are generally required for a safe and effective repair. The other big feature we introduced is the Dents.co vehicle check-in tool. This tool allows users to capture all the traditionally required photos, damage photos, and damage scans in a single pass on the vehicle. When done, the user can easily pull reports, scans and photos from the web interface in a few simple clicks, making it easier to put your documentation into your current estimating or claims system.

Along with these big impact features, we have continued improving design and use elements and updated the visuals on the depth map tool, creating smoother and easier-to-read depth maps.

Empowering the Repair Community

One of our core values is a commitment to education and empowerment in the collision repair industry. From hosting insightful webinars on emerging trends in collision repair to providing in-depth resources on our blog, we aimed to equip our community with the knowledge needed to thrive in an ever-evolving industry. We also hosted a booth at the CREF Career Fair at Collin College in Dallas, which gave us a wonderful opportunity to meet the next generation of collision repair professionals!

Navigating Challenges

Challenges always present growth opportunities; when you combine technology and collision repair, growth opportunities can abound. As we saw our customer base grow in 2023, we had to revamp our training and roll-out programs to assist new customers with integrating a new software tool into their workflow. This allowed us to design live and video-based support systems that help educate and train our customers to use our products effectively. As we move into 2024, we are equipped with the tools to ensure our customers' success.

Celebrating Success Stories

The collision repair industry is truly an awesome one to work in. While it has challenges like any other, it is also unique in the sense of community at any event you attend. Events like the Texas Autobody Trade Show and the Fender Bender Management Conference were terrific opportunities to develop relationships with shops and other businesses that service the collision repair industry. In those environments, some great synergy can occur, and rolling into 2024, we will be working with some other names you’re familiar with to develop new and more powerful tools that assist with collision documentation and repair. Stay tuned for more as these projects develop!

Thank You!

Finally, we can not say a big enough Thank You to each of our customers, business partners, and friends that have gone on the 2023 journey with us. At the end of the day, we all have the same goal of providing our customers with safe, correct, quality repairs and reaching this goal together is an ongoing awesome experience. So from Dents.co, thank you for the trip so far and we can’t wait to see where 2024 takes us!
