Dents.co is in TestFlight with a small group of PDR techs and estimators. Free while the beta runs, with every feature switched on.
We send TestFlight invites in small batches so we can read every piece of feedback. Watch for a mail from Apple, not from us, and accept it on the iPhone you use in the shop.
Wrong address or want to add a coworker? Write to beta@dents.co.
The current TestFlight group is at capacity. Mail beta@dents.co and we will hold a seat in the next batch.
The reticle turns green between 20 and 45 centimetres, which is where the sensor reads cleanly. Hold steady and capture.
Dents.co reconstructs what the undamaged panel would have been, then outlines the damage against it. Curvature and body lines measure as zero.
Depth, size and labor price roll into a repair order, then out as a branded estimate with the scan behind every line.
Every paid feature is switched on while the beta runs, including your own shop identity on the estimate. If the numbers do not hold up on your own shop floor, that is exactly what we need to hear about.
Request beta accessThis is a real scan of a door panel, coloured by depth. Green is the untouched surface, purple is the deepest point. Drag your eye across it and you can see the flat floor of the pan, the trough running out to one side, and the lip where the metal was pushed proud. That is the shape a tape measure and a coin cannot give you.
Width, height, area and depth to tenths of a millimeter.
Panel curvature and character lines measure as zero, so only damage counts.
Every measurement is scored from distance, angle, coverage and noise, with plain-language fixes when it scores low.
A transparent formula using your rates and your curve. No black box.
Every dent rolls up into a repair order with a per-panel breakdown and a total, then out as a branded estimate carrying your shop name, your phone, and the scan behind each line.
You walk into the repair-time conversation as the person holding the measurements.
No cap on dents or repair orders. Scan a whole hail car if that is the job in front of you.
Your shop name, phone, and estimator on the PDF, with no watermark for the duration.
Shake to report from inside the app. Your notes go straight to the people writing the code.
Set your labor rate and curve early, so the pricing engine is tuned to your shop before launch.
You have an iPhone 12 Pro or later and a car with real damage on it this week.
You are willing to scan the same dent twice and tell us when the number looks wrong.
You already know what the repair should cost, which makes you the person who can grade us.
Android, or an iPhone without the LiDAR sensor. There is nothing for us to read.
You need it wired into a management system today. The API comes after launch.
You want a finished product. This build still has rough corners, and we will find them together.
The role and shop help us balance the group across PDR, collision, and claims.
TestFlight installs the build. It sits beside the App Store version and updates on its own.
Use it on jobs you are already writing, then tell us where the measurement or the price missed.
Anything else, write to beta@dents.co and a human answers.
No. The beta is free while it runs, and every paid feature is switched on.
Plenty of testers do, and the PDF carries your branding. Check the numbers against your own judgment first, because that is the whole point of the test.
Your dents, repair orders, and rate settings carry over. Nothing is wiped when the beta ends.
Scans stay on your device unless you send us a report. We never share shop rates or customer details.
